1. Apparently the entry for cavillator continues onto the next page. I wrote the last word as in the entry. Is that right, or should I have written the word without the hyphen?

2. I noticed that the Google Book version says "digitized by Google" at the bottom. What does that mean?

Yes, you've done the right thing.
Digitized by google, means that google paid for the book to be turned into a digital pdf scan - the one we are using in fact.
